A budget establishment but with all the amenities. It has single, double and family rooms, set prices of 50,000, 60,000 and 90,000 kips, although you can barter to get a discount if you stay many nights. If you want to have breakfast included, it can cost 65,000, 90,000 and 135,000 kips. The breakfast is made up of eggs, bread, butter and coffee. I can not say how it is because I didn´t try it, but for a similar price you can have breakfast in any restaurant in the city. The hostel is on a street parallel to the main street of Luang Nam Tha, but there are signs indicating the direction.
