    This hotel is located along the Bay of Biscay in the village of Lekeitio. It was built on the ruins of the old Palace, where Zita, the last empress of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, lived during her exile. It boasts 42 well appointed rooms, 12 superior rooms with jacuzzi and terrace with sea views, a cafeteria with terrace, the Isuntza beach, a restaurant and banquet rooms for conventions and conferences.
