Highly recommended

The restaurant is great, we found it on Minube and ate there every day. The quality is exceptional and the prices are cheap. We were treated like kings the minute we walked in. They speak Spanish and English, and have menus in German and other languages. The fried choquiños al Antoniu's are a gastronomic delight, for example. They serve fresh fish and meat too, which in this area is not very common. The truth is that I thank Minube for finding it. Every night the waiter regaled us with a shot of liquor or with an unexpected dessert. Treatment, service and meal - all a 10.

Setúbal in my opinion is the least fa...

Setúbal in my opinion is the least favorite city of Portugal, because it is totally run down and neglected and the cuisine is geared to give the stick to the tourist, the strip is curd restaurants of this type. When we were tired of eating pretty bad decided to go to a site that had been recommended in the tourist information office, the place in question was in the port area and had not stopped to eat there because it seemed skimpy, was full of fishermen and sailors and all pretty dirty and messy, but this restaurant we got a pleasant surprise, shame and we had only two days of vacation. In the port had several small bars frequented by fishermen and alongside these, a door with the sign of Antonius's, immediately realized that this was the back door, so we turned to the streets and walked through the door main, the atmosphere was much more careful, but still were not sure that that site was worth the entrance is somewhat obscure, small hall, in which there is a bar, left a tiny room ... ., then disappointment will immediately see that it was a private room, as the maitre d 'asked us to follow him and led us to a slightly larger room where there were about 15 tables, all mounted superbien ..., dining superacogedor was not lacking detail, decorated with marine motifs. The atmosphere was quiet, with soft music, the clientele was entirely Portuguese: Made up of families, and some executives from nearby canneries. We looked no decorum in the meat of our fellow adjacent tables to decide what to order when we turn came, but the question was difficult ... both meat and fish, had a painted exquisite .... Eventually ordered a different dish each that ended up sharing, which is what we usually do when we go to a new site. First we ask nothing, and you do not need, because in Portugal the portions are so abundant and always carry complete fittings: potatoes, salad and rice, accompanying the main course, so you do not need to ask for anything more than a plate and dessert if you still have space in the stomach. We bream back, delicious in its point Ajit grilled .... Sea bass in salt, superjugosa ..... And porco preto medallions Iberian pig that is simply delicious, seasoned with a very good mushroom and port wine sauce. The desserts were nothing exceptional, at least the one we tested: Assortment of cakes, custard and ice cream, although for the price they had the cheapest of the letter one euro and the most expensive 3 euros, were pretty good. The theme of the drinks perfect, supercooled beer, which in summer is what I want. The only thing we found, expensive, of course considering the other prices, was the bread they charged € 1.50 for a basket with three rolls, gladly paid the 45 euros they charged us, it was the first time in 9 days we do not feel or disappointed or deceived.
