Arcachon

Arcachon is the largest town in the place the French call Le Bassin D'Arcachon. It's almost completely closed off by a circular bay that seems to form a lake, but if you look closely you'll see that it's actually open to the Atlantic at its southern end near the Arcachon side. This bay is famous for being one of the most famous tourist attractions in France, especially in the summer when its streets, beaches, and restaurants become busy with people. However, another thing that makes this place famous is its delicious oysters! There are a lot of different kinds and different flavors to choose from.
