Arthur`s Pass Visitor Cenre

Arthur`s Pass National Park is one of the most visited in New Zealand. There are many hiking trails ranging from half an hour to several days. The visitor centre offers comprehensive information on the park, weather conditions, and the book of intentions where hikers must indicate their route in case there is a problem. The weather is unstable and emergencies frequent, so there is usually a rescue helicopter in the area.
