Restaurante Duque is the oldest inns and restaurants in Segovia, dating back to 1895. Since then, several generations of the family have offered high quality Segovian cuisine. Of course you'll want to try the local specialties, so you must have the beans to start, followed by the suckling piglet ("cochinillo") and for dessert, the "ponche segoviano".
