A mixture of two passions
Ban Som Tam is a Thai restaurant that's been open 3-4 years on Raymond Losserand Street, in the south of Paris. It's a nice place with a simple decor, a French guy runs it with a Thai team in the kitchen. The good thing is that he knows a lot about wine and fell in love with Asia, so he offers a mixture of his two passions - a good wine list is not usual in Thai restaurants. There are flowers on the table and it has many details that he probably brought from his travels. The food is very good, classic Thai dishes are beautifully presented and make you want to eat it all.
