Beaver Creek Nature Area

Beaver Creek Nature Area in South Dakota is a great place to take the dog and go for a walk. There is plenty of parking and good information boards which describe a number of different trail options. We just picked up a path and headed out. There are definitely signs of beaver activity in the area although we we didn't actually manage to spot one of the furry critters. Nevertheless its a great place for a walk and to escape the traffic noise of the city. The paths can get quite muddy so take your walking shoes!
