Perfect for a picnic

Beinn Bheag is a small hill, easy to climb, and with direct views over the east coast of the Isle of Mull, including nearby islands and Knock Cemetery. To get there, the best option is to follow the B8035 road to reach Knock, a small village. There you can park and have a go at this hill, which stands a little more than 200 meters high. At the top you can appreciate the coast on one side, and on the other the village of Knock, Lake Ba and the cemetery. It takes about 40 minutes to walk from the car to the top, but it's not too steep, and there's no need for any specialist equipment. It's a nice place and if the weather is good, it's perfect for a picnic, as the top is fairly flat.
