Beyazıt Meydanı Square

This square, between the Grand Bazaar and Istanbul University, is one of the most beautiful and lively citywide. In Byzantine times it was called the Forum of Theodosius, and was the largest city forum. Today Turkish people, tourists, students and food vendors live here without problems.
