Regaining strength in this place after seeing the castle and the square in a freezing wind, was the most comforting thing.
Situated in a historic building, a fortified house of the XI century in the basement of which a lot of tables have been placed, without doubt it’s a place that strangers love. We had the three waiters for ourselves alone, because on this March night, Aínsa was deserted.
The chickpeas potage, the venison stew and the sweet desserts were just right, large portions and a reasonable price. Recommended.
