1 review of Bradgate Park

Peaceful Place

Very close to the city of Leicester in the Northwest, forming part of Charnwood Forest, Bradgate Park is a nature reserve where you can see hills, forests, plains, waterfalls, ruins and free-roaming deer. It approximately covers about 3 square km and serves as a link to several villages in the area. The walk is pleasant and ends in the Cropston reservoir near the River Lin. You can also find a café that is crowded (especially on holidays) with families who are visiting, with dogs and other animals. It is one of the most peaceful places in the area that contrasts sharply with the city of Leicester
