Bridgeport Ale House (closed)

Bridgeport Ale House isn't a brewery, but it does stock all kinds of beer from the mother brewery. It's also a nice restaurant in a lovely neighborhood and they have a variety of good lunch specials throughout the week. I'd suggest the tasting menu which allows you to taste several Bridgeport beers. We particularly recommend the IPA (India Pale Ale): a great balance of flavors and hops, one of the best we've ever tasted!
