A nice day trip
A few kilometers from Margate, Ramsgate and St Peter's, and well connected by bus to Canterbury and other towns along the coast, Broadstairs is one of those pretty seaside towns where you can go for a lovely stroll. We like to walk along the beautiful (but crowded) beach and enjoy a delicious ice cream (there are so many sellers that we don't know where to turn!), and you can visit Charles Dickens' home, too. A nice day trip.
