Buferrera Mines

This tour has only recently been open to the public. Beautiful landscape somehow reminiscent of the enchanted city of Cuenca or Cabarceno Zoo. Some old cinnabar mines, manganese and iron. The weather was not the most appropriate for an outdoor visit. Rain, fog, you had to be careful not to slip. The guided path we took in the lakes of Covadonga, where the bar is, lakes which we did not see for the thick fog. You reach the Visitor Center Pedro Pidal and then the car park. It can be done in reverse. I loved it. With good weather it must be awesome.
