In a natural setting in the hamlet of Valentin, near the medieval villages of Cehegin and Calasparra, in the Region of Murcia. El Molino Sahajosa is typically constructed amongst fruit and is very close to a reservoir. It has a typical rural museum in the house itself, where the owners Antoñita and Vicente also reside, making superb local cuisine that is popular, old-fashioned and with restrained prices and an outpouring of kindness. It is an ideal place to test lost recipes, grandma's cooking, for stories and legends of the area and to learn about the way of life of many years. I recommended bread crumbs or flour, accompanied by fried anchovies, meat dumplings (bacon, sausage), grapes, chocolate, orange, radishes and garlic.
