The Palladium complex's best breakfast can be eaten in the Cathedral Restaurant, located next to the pool at the Grand Palladium Bavaro. This huge buffet restaurant is only open for breakfast, from 7 to 10 am, and for dinner, from 19-22h. There were a variety of high-quality food, I even had champagne! The juices were natural and freshly squeezed and the staff cooked the waffles, crepes, omelettes or scrambled eggs with mixed ingredients right in front of you as you ordered. Plus there was a huge variety of dessert (cakes and pastries), as well as meats. Well worth it!. Even if you are staying
