Trinidad

According to records, this is the oldest brewery in operation in Portugal. Located in the ¨Barrio Alto¨, it is located at the site of the former Convent of the Holy Trinity. It was founded in 1294 and after its destruction after the great earthquake, it was rebuilt as a brewery. The dining room is decorated with beautiful tiles. There you can also enjoy traditional Portuguese dishes at a reasonable price, which is great for a visiting tourist ve doesn´t want to spend too much money.

For tourists, but worth it

Pretty close to the Santa Justa exchanger (at the top), is the Cervejaria Trindade. Already the environment is a luxury, with its beautiful tiles. You can order the daily special, but going from 3, may no longer be. That's what happened to me, I was left with a desire to try the duck rice ... But it was either replaced by homemade croquettes of minced incoming spectacular! Second, a yearling espetada a huge spike well loaded with meat and peppers and onions, mmmmm! Being a beer, you can not miss trying the varieties they offer. As I said in other restaurants of Lisbon, one must be careful with the bread, butter and cheese ofrwecen you, because they will charge you. We could not leave without trying the cheese, which was really good, but we were charged 3 euros seemed a bit excessive ... Not cheap, no dessert left us 15 euros per person, but what I found just ate. The staff is accustomed to tourists, especially the Spanish, so the language will not ever stop. I loved ...

A mí me encantó...

The "Cervejaria da Trindade" inaugurad in 1836 was in the dining room of the "Convento dos Frades Trills", which had been built in 1283 and then destroyed in the great Lisbon earthquake suffered in 1755. It is located in the Baixa-Chiado neighborhood, one of the most traditional of Lisbon and is the oldest brewery in Portugal, for its historical and cultural value was integrated into the Lisbon Cultural Heritage. The dishes are typical Portuguese food "seafood creme, caldo verde, bacalhau com natas, açorda seafood", etc ... A feast for the palate and eye, once decorated with traditional Portuguese tiles.

Very good beer.

It is located in the neighborhood of Chiado, 5 minutes walk from the Santa Justa elevator. It is built in a former convent and retains the layout of the same, with many tile murals on the walls and several rooms. The menu prices seemed expensive to us as they only had a beer enjoying the view.

It is considered the most beautiful and oldest brewery in Portugal. Located in Bairro Alto in the Convent of the Holy Trinity, is the brewery Lisbon where more like eating a steak. Aside from the wonderful steak jumps out the decor highlighting the beautiful tile panels exist.

I expected much more

Well not bad but I expected more. When we had enough tail door and thought "if so many people will milk" but when we finally sat down and saw the prices, which were high for my taste, I was a little disappointed. When they reached the dishes we ordered at least the portions were adequate. But not nearly worth the price we paid. The service was not bad. In short, I expected more. Portuguese food adequate but very expensive for what it is. You can save the tail.

A dull dinner

Bizarre, weird bland dinner in Portugal, but it was because of the crowd, too staid. However, Clara Chiado restaurant balcony provided a pleasant refuge. Thanks, iFON.

Tiles!

For the same Tiles are the main reason to visit this brewery! its walls lined with Tiles allow your visitor moments of wonder to appreciate this art. Meanwhile, you can enjoy a nice meal, even in Bairro Alto, one of the liveliest neighborhoods (especially at night) city!

Azuleijos!

Much ado about nothing

Beautiful location, average good food with an exorbitant price compared to the quality and all'originalit of the dishes ... not to mention the lack of information about the starters that are made to find on the table or served shellfish and unsolicited, that if consumed will debited from the account, otherwise it will not be counted and collected by waiters having been stationed on the table, out of the fridge and private of the most discounted hygiene and preservation and maybe offered to future patrons ... blaaa

Travel lisbon

Very good recommendation, although I gibberish Portuguese, there is no problem with the language, ate the famous cod and espetinho of Novilho bratz, a rosé, dessert cheese homemade cake. We drank some ginja Beirao and everything came out about 60 € very consistent in establishing and food

Viaje a lisboa

It is best known brewery Lisbon and therefore usually llenísima of people. The place is beautiful, decorated with tiles and is very lively. The food is very good and the beer they do there is delicious.

Highly recommended

A brewery gorgeous with very good service. We did not eat there so the food I can not say anything. The beer, delicious, though.
