Mayan Ruins

Coba has a special charm that no other Mayan ruins have. Only 5% of this ancient Mayan city is laid bare and the rest is buried in the jungle. If you climb Nohoch Muul, the tallest pyramid in the Yucatan peninsula, you can observe the exciting landscape. It is best to hire a guide to get a brief explanation and then take a rickshaw to tour different parts of the jungle where the deposits are scattered. Just a note that walks with such heat and humidity are not recommended. It´s definitely worth a visit!

Be careful

Excellent

But don't even hesitate to climb to the top of the ruin, great view from the top. The sun makes it even harder to complete it but worth it.
