Parador de Cuenca Restaurant

The Convent of San Pablo Restaurant has a location in Huécar Gorge. It is made of glass in an old chapel and has become a café that combines traditional elements with modern details such as wicker, leather and upholstery. It has conference rooms, a bar and a dining room decorated nicely. It offers seasonal dishes that highlights the morteruelo, the ratatouille with pork loin and roasts. About 200 people can fit in the restaurant at full capacity.
