Really amazing
In the Plaza Mayor of Besalu, or Freedom Square, there is a medieval building from the 13th and 14th centuries. Nowadays, this building hosts a restaurant, which was really surprising for me because I thought it was the Papal Curia. Many years ago, it was home to the courthouse and the royal court. Now, you can taste delicious dishes like prawn carpaccio, duck with pears, pig's feet, or grilled meats, as well as the ever favourite desserts like Catalan cream.
