Damoiseau Distillery can be found in Bellevue, just before entering the village of Moule, if you are coming from Morne-a l'Eau. A visit to this modern distillery in comparison to most other makes it possible to understand the rum-making process. Therefore, it is good to take a tour of the rum shack. You will always be offered a taste, and you can buy some bottles of rum. Do not forget to go and look at the park where there is a magnificent windmill which is being restored.
