There's a pharmacy counter (be aware that US laws are quite strict, so if you want to buy anything a little bit "strong", you'll need a prescription), stationery, food, cosmetics, etc. You'll find Duane Read on the corner of the Columbus Circle roundabout, just south-west of Central Park.
