Dukhan

Since it is difficult to find traditional restauranes with typical Russian food, I will highlight the traditional Georgian restaurant Dukhan. The Russians do not usually drink carbonated or very strong drinks during the meal. They say that due to the geographical location of St. Petersburg, they do not feel particularly well. I would recommend the tea. Among the dishes to highlight, since they are not very big, are a kind of fritters called Khinkali, a small,thick mushroom soup, and a very sweet nut cake for dessert. The prices were very good. The restaurant is very central and you can try different types of coffee.
