A good restaurant in an almost-abandoned village
What can be said of the King of Paton that one doesn´t already know. A classic of Madrid. Home cooking, Spanish, traditional. Restaurant with old flavor, pure, traditional and above all interesting. The times I've gone I've been indifferent , a good deal to eat, good wine list and amazing desserts. But all this must be added to the environment, the tiny Paton de Arriba, the only place with the King. Recommend to book early because if you're going on an adventure you can be surprised with no place. Manolo is the founder of "The King of patones" and the first to commit to bring back to life to this village that was almost abandoned, their initiative was followed by another and now we discover different restaurants Paton, charming hotels, etc..
