In Nicaragua I ate the best whole fried fish with Creole sauce, and I had a lot of fun with the staff. It is situated just across the bay from San Juan del Sur. The Bay of San Juan del Sur is a beautiful horseshoe shaped beach. The town of San Juan del Sur is a small fishing harbor with a population of just 8000 inhabitants. During Easter there were lots of processions, but there was also a lot of youth activity. The place is beautiful.
