The Érase una vez Restaurant, in Tramacastilla, in the mountains of Albarracín, is a very strange place. Restaurant, bar and accommodation, with a very eclectic decor, which goes from the spell of the Queimada painted on the wall to phrases and expressions from eastern religions, with menus based on the symbology of colours.
They work with products from the AlbarracínMountains, and an attractive price of €20 for the set menu comprising of an appetizer, first course, second and home-made dessert.
It has quite a large terrace with music during the summer.
