It's an amusement park like Universal Studios where many movies have been filmed including Titanic, Pearl Harbor, Planet of the Apes, Deep Blue Sea, a James Bond movie and an episode of the series X Files as well as others. It's about 5 minutes south of downtown Rosarito, this side of the sea, a half hour from the U.S. border. If you go to California, it's worth visiting while in Rosarito.
