Fresh First

We visited Fresh First in Fort Lauderdale on our day in Florida before our cruise. It was on the busy 17th Street near the cruise port and also located very close to our hotel, making it incredibly convenient. It is tucked away in a strip mall so it might be a little bit difficult to find, but it's worth the extra effort. This is a great lunch spot with many salads, sandwiches, and smoothies. They offer many vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free choices on the menu. We ordered fresh fruit smoothies that were very refreshing. I also really enjoyed the veggie burger that I ate, which was made out of quinoa, beets, carrots, scallions, and mushrooms.
