The Plaza Mayor smells like an orchard with fresh and very, very tasty fruit. The farmers almost donate their products and the stores sell them at a high price. This is what makes this Caceres fruit mosaic. Everything is a carpet of the main square of Caceres and also supports Cáceres as the European cultural capital for 2016. The mosaics are colourful, the Renaissance gardens are impressive and have cheerful borders. There is a large crowd of people coming and going, that photograph incessantly the 40,000 kilos of fruit lying in the sun on the Caceres asphalt.
