Gdansk Historical Museum is in the Town Hall, which is a Gothic-Renaissance building that dominates the landscape of the Royal Route. The first floor has the most important Town Hall rooms - the Grand Council Chamber (called the Red Room) and the Great Hall of the 19th century (called the White Room).
