A historic collection

This museum, which occupies a three-story brick building built by Dr. John Ruan in 1796, is home to a unique collection of historic Civil War and the Grand Army of the Republic artifacts, books and memorabilia. In 1985, the building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places and was designated as the Ruan House.
