It is a fairly new 3 floor building, from clothes shops or home decoration, to a laundry, a bank or a gym. There are also several outdoor cafes, and in the basement a hypermarket "Pingo Doce", the largest Portuguese supermarket chain with a fast food restaurant and takeaway. This shopping center is called "Loja do Cidadão".
