A few kilometres from the top-rated Arrecifes is the town of Vina, right where the National Route 8 passes the train station of the same name, in homage to Raphael Vineyard, a former resident whose name was given to this small town in the Province of Buenos Aires. Just opposite the station on the other side of the road and very close to the interesting and abandoned cooperative, is this Historic Pillar, which commemorates the entrance to the hotel "La Victoria" from 1856. Its aim is noble and simple, nothing more and nothing less than a symbol for peace against war and hunger. The coordinates are:
