An unpleasant surprise
We spent three nights at the Bonera Genova-Nervi hotel. They deceived me with their photos, which showed a spectacular seventeenth-century building! Well, it wasn't the same in real life, and the dust was a huge problem - I'm allergic, so I couldn't sleep. I love travelling, and do so often, but I have to say, never in my life have I encountered such rude people. Why do they bother going into the hospitality industry if they're going to treat their customers so badly? Pros: good dinner and a nice garden, but I honestly can't recommend it.
