    Highly recommended

    We visited Alicante for the Fiesta de San Juan so we were looking for a comfortable budget hotel to cover the bare necessities. We ended up choosing the Hotel Ibis Budget Alicante, located across the street from Avenida Elche and the buses headed to the city center. The mere fact of not having to drive the car made things a lot easier. I don't remember the exact the cost of the room, but I think it was no more than €29.00. The room was quite spacious and very comfortable, especially considering it was the last one left due to the festival. We had a window overlooking the sea and all the amenities like air conditioning, cable TV, Wi Fi, and a fairly large bathroom.
