House of Victor Hugo

Victor Hugo is an important figure in Guernsey, and lovers of French literature will know this well. Here you can visit his first home, where he lived between the year 1855-1856, with Juliette Drouet, his partner, who lived here in 1864. Later on, on the same street, you can see the "Hauteville House," Victor Hugo´s house of exile.
