Wonderful views
Take a 3-hour cruise aboard the Hudson-Afton Cruise Lines along the famous St Croix River. Usually cruises are done at sunset, which makes for wonderful views as the sun sets, but after that happens it actually is a bit boring. Food that is served on the ship is definitely not worth having an appetite for, but the smoked salmon display is phenomenal.
Make sure you're traveling with a group of friends and you will have fun no matter what, and if you can schedule or take a 1-hour cruise rather than the longer 3-hour cruise then that would be the route to go!
