The Church of Mercy is Adro da Se is opposite the Viseu Cathedral and Grão Vasco Museu . It has a rococo facade of the second half of the 18th century. The church was constructed in 1775 by Antonio da Costa Faro. It has a single nave and neoclassical altars. Inside was a bit disappointing because you expect something more after that spectacular façade. The organ is also quite nice.
