The Il Padrino Restaurant is in Xativa and they offer exquisite Bravas potatoes, Russian Salad, Anchovies and Olives, Almonds and Cocoa, Mayonnaise Sepia, Sepia Iron, Squid, Shrimp croquettes, chicken or ham, salads, assorted pates and cheese, Foie Micuit with sweet apple cider Jelly and Serrano Ham and Cheese, Cured Iberian Ham and Cheese, Beef tenderloin carpaccio, carpaccio of prawns, salmon carpaccio, Vegetable Gratin, Baked Provolone Cheese, Fried Cheese and Tomato, and Sweet Potatoes with Scrambled Eggs, which I tried.
