If you are in Niteroi you should go to this mall. In the evening, after sunset, you can shop around, walk, eat, shop or see a movie at the theatre, like we did. It is very neat and has very nice shops. It easily accessible and has parking. As in almost all Brazilian shopping centres, know that they charge for this service.
