Peaceful Costal Family Town
The village of Jard-sur-Mer in Vendée, France, is on the Atlantic coast, and that's what you can enjoy while walking around. It offers several large sandy beaches, where families and some young people come to enjoy the sun and go swimming, but it also has very good areas for surfing (like Mine beach at high tide), the town seems to come to life with this summer tourism. In the small port, there are events every night: a concert one day, a night market or a street artist the next day ... Something for everyone! There are lots of campsites, with different prices and amenities, more or less away distant from water, and in the centre of town there is a small shopping area, a small cinema and a couple of restaurants.
