1 review of Jefferson Market Library

Multiple historical uses

Excellent

In the heart of Greenwich Village is a somewhat surprising building. This is even more so when one learns that it was selected as "the fifth most beautiful monument in the United States" by the American people ... In short, this is a building with a rich, colorful history (once a courthouse and a market, it is now a public library) with a mixture of architectural styles including Victorian Gothic, and a beautiful 4-faced clock.
