José Regio House

At the foot of the staircase that ascends to the upper area of ​​the city is the Museum of the poet Jose Regio, which can be visited for free. The exhibition consists of 2 zones: One is the poet's house, where you can see the home of this great figure of Portuguese letters of the twentieth century (furniture, desk, the place where he died, etc.). The other is the museum of sacred art, this character was a great collector of works of art (paintings, sculptures, religious objects, etc.). Opening hours are Tuesday-Sunday, 10am-18pm.
