Jover Factory

Canet de Mar is a small coastal town on the northern edge of the province of Barcelona. It has managed to resist the tourist boom of the last decade by maintaining its fishing village identity and preserving an important architectural legacy. Proof of this is the factory of the early twentieth century, attributed to Pere Domènech Roura, but it is possible that it is the work of his father, the famous architect Domenech i Montaner. The building combines stucco with brick and has a splendid modernist influence. The facade features a ceramic rosette ceramic.
