Khao Sok National Park

Several people had told me about the Khao Sok National Park, so we headed there a couple of days before we were to leave. To get to Khao Lak can take about 2 hours max. Some people here do not know English, so you might get lost like us -it took 5 hours in our carr (of course we had a pick- up. But I think there bus from Khao Lak Takuapa and there is another bus).

Khao sok is a natural park with huge mountains and jungles in which you can practice trekking, rafting, and canoe ride. Because I have a leg injury, I opted for the light version was the canoe ride. The river and the surrounding jungle are beautiful .. never seen so many butterflies together! The walk takes about two hours and you stop at Gando Vines to make a little or give a swim.
