    Great value

    The Kyoto Kokusai Hotel is a great value at about 70-90 Euros for a double room. It´s located right in front of the Nijo Castle in the heart of Kyoto. The rooms are not huge but they´re big enough and have plenty of nice details. The downside is that there is only internet access in the lobby but, it is free for guests. To reach the hotel, you can catch a bus from Kyoto Station or take a 10 minute taxi ride for about 1500 yens.
