La Braise Restaurant

The restaurant La Braise is in a pedestrian street in old Laval. It has plenty of charm to spare, as it is surrounded by half-timbered houses. The rustic style of white walls and wooden beamed ceilings draws attention to the oddly decorated inside. A collection of egg cups, glass, pots, coffee pots, jugs and various kitchen utensils evoke a past full of curiosities. As detailed in the tables are bouquets of fresh flowers, which give a more personal touch to the place. The menu is varied: grilled meats and house specialties, where you can find typical food of the Pays de la Loire as sausages, avocado salad with smoked trout, meringue and rhubarb pie.
