If you want to try some French cuisine, this is the perfect place
La Cuisine is a restaurant in the Place des Clercs, which was once a famous library. The building was built more than two centuries ago and was where a young Napoleon Bonaparte came to read. Now, they have renovated the place and turned it into a restaurant. It is in a pedestrian-only square which holds a market on Thursdays and Saturdays. It's a very nice place with a small terrace. The prices are higher than in nearby restaurants but the kitchen is better and the food is of higher quality. If you want to try some French cuisine, this is the perfect place. There is a cote de boeuf, a large steak with gravy, which costs 27 euros, 16euros for pork, and foie gras burgers for 20.
