Just as well we saw this restaurant, because otherwise we would’ve ended eating burgers! We were having dinner at the Papardella last week, and I must say is one of the few restaurants in which I've had real Italian food, with the ingredients they add to give that special touch to the pastas, pizzas etc. Undoubtedly we’ve discovered one of the best restaurants in Valencia from now on.
Highly recommended, their pasta above all.
The cuisine is traditional and home-made, made by Italian chefs and it shows ... They have a very affordable menu of the day and delicious desserts...
Looking for a pizzeria I found the best Italian I've ever tasted. The ham piadina (flatbread) is delicious and the pasta with a hint of chilli exquisite. You will not be disappointed; it is a place to be repeated.
The pasta is amazing, I ordered the pancetta ravioli and, in two words, impre-ssive.
My wife ordered lasagne and it was also very good. For snacks, mini piadinas with various sauces, all very well done and full of flavour.
